Rowland Water District, in partnership with our wholesaler, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, offers a variety of programs designed to help customers improve water efficiency and make lasting changes to their landscapes and daily water use. Through this partnership, customers may qualify for rebates on water-saving devices and incentives for replacing grass with water-efficient landscaping.

Turf Replacement and Tree Rebates:
Transform your outdoor space into a beautiful, sustainable, and water-efficient landscape with Metropolitan’s Turf Replacement Program. Residential and commercial customers may qualify for rebates starting at $3 per square foot when replacing grass with California Friendly® and native plants. Customers may also receive an additional $100 for each eligible tree added to the project, up to five trees.
