Splash Cash is a water education grant program designed to increase students’ awareness of the importance of water in Southern California. It is also intended to improve and supplement academic instruction by providing financial support to projects. All K-12 teachers are eligible to compete for awards. Teachers may apply individually, or as a team, for a maximum of $1,200 per project.
Project WET is a one-day workshop for educators working in Rowland Water District’s service area. This one-day workshop is FREE but limited. Teachers attending the workshop will receive a FREE copy of the Project WET Curriculum guide filled with water-related lessons. The Project WET curriculum corresponds with the California State Standards for Education. The workshop is held in early fall of each year.
